Monday

Every Monday/Saturday is Comedy Caravan at Bear’s Place (1316 E. 3rd Street). The nation’s longest running one-nighter show brings in nationally touring headliners every week. Tickets are $5 and showtimes are at 8 & 10:30 p.m.  For more info on this show visit our helpful links page.

Wednesday

Bloomington’s Last Comic Standing is a weekly comedy competition that takes place at the Funny Bone Bloomington (4th & Walnut) every Wednesday. The show features the regions best up and coming stand up comedians. The winner gets weekend guest spots opening for nationally touring headliners. Winners are determined entirely by audience vote. Thursday

This week at the Funny Bone Bloomington comedian Todd Glass will take the stage. A precocious youth, having started comedy at age 16, the Philadelphia native has developed into a polished performer with a bent for inventive material that often mocks the conventions of standup. His credits include NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Mr. Show and The Sarah Silverman Program. The show will also feature local comedian Ben Moore. So come see what all the buzz is about at the Funny Bone this Thurs/Fri/Sat. Thursday’s showtime is 8 p.m. and tickets are $14 for general admission or $6 for students.
